I started Konstant Products in 2006, after leaving the Advanced Technologies Laboratory at Ball Aerospace. Previous to working at Ball, I had spent time at Lawrence Livermore National Labs, and in Silicon Valley during the tail end of the dot.com days. My main motivation in starting my own company was to stay connected to the designers and engineers who were developing technologies and creating products, while bypassing the bureaucracy of the corporate engineering world, as well as the boom/bust cycle of start-up world.

Much has changed since those first days, yet quite a bit has stayed the same. Konstant Products still specializes in small to mid-sized R&D projects, instrumentation, and mechanical design. Our capabilities have expanded significantly in the realm of fabrication though, and we are now a much more comprehensive design and prototyping resource for our clients. For the most part Konstant Products is still a one man operation, but I now have much larger base of additional resources to call upon for projects that require additional skill sets, or just more man power.

I still see each new client is also a new collaborator. By working in this way each new project becomes an opportunity to help bring a unique idea one step closer to the ideal in which it was first conceived. I believe the results of this design philosophy and belief in excellence can be seen clearly in my work.

Looking forward to partnering with you,
