Bouldering Cave

This is an initial design that was done as part of a proposal to the National Science Foundation for an expansion of the current climbing wall at McMurdo Station on Ross Island, Antarctica.  The goal was to maximize the available climbing space without major building modifications; a secondary goal was to present a design that was intuitive enough that it could progress though multiple layers of bureaucracy without unnecessary delays.
